5 Quick Tips to Cope with a Layoff:
Feel it, then share it: Acknowledge your emotions. Talk to someone supportive—you're not alone!
Self-care matters: Eat well, sleep, exercise, and do things you enjoy. Prioritize your well-being!
Lean on your network: Let them know you're looking and ask for help. Your connections can be powerful allies.

Seek support: Talk to a career counselor or therapist if needed. Remember, help is available.
