5 Quick Tips to Cope with a Layoff:

  1. Feel it, then share it: Acknowledge your emotions. Talk to someone supportive—you're not alone!

  2. Self-care matters: Eat well, sleep, exercise, and do things you enjoy. Prioritize your well-being!

  3. Lean on your network: Let them know you're looking and ask for help. Your connections can be powerful allies.

  4. Sharpen your tools: Update your resume and online profiles to showcase your skills and target your dream jobs.

  5. Seek support: Talk to a career counselor or therapist if needed. Remember, help is available.

Bonus: This is temporary! Stay positive and focus on the exciting opportunities ahead.

It's very unlikely you could have done anything to change the outcome.
